MCSOG Administrator Assistant

The Hours are:

Wednesday - Friday 10 am- 5 pm

Saturday 9 am - 5 pm

Sunday 9 am - 4 pm

The Responsibilities are:

Joining the Staff & Marketing Team:

- At Morris County School of Glass, you will work with a great group of smart and creative people.

- Assisting staff in the design, management and scheduling of classes using the Occasions platform.

- Utilize good writing skills & comfortable with details and accuracy.

- Assist in keeping the electronic sign current.

- Website and Social media knowledge/skills are a big PLUS.

Working with Students & Guests:

- Answering the phone and responding to general emails.

- Welcoming students & guests to MCSOG in person and on the phone. Explain and promote our classes.

- All our glass-blowing classes begin in the Lobby as you greet our students, check them in as they sign waivers. Afterward, assist students when they pick up their work.

- When class plans change, you will help students to reschedule.

- Helping guests with their retail needs in our gallery.

- Expand your creativity by assisting/teaching classes in etching and mosaics and working with the glassblowers.

The pay starts at $17 - $19 per hour depending on experience.
